Where is wep key on livebox

Thanks in advance Ash. The orange livbox has high security did you press the pairing button. Did u use the security key on the label on the livebox? I have just bought an iPad and just had to type in the number, also someone else used their laptop at my house. Thank you for your replies so far. We typed in the key number from the bottom of the Livebox but I must admit we didn't press the button.

Do you think that is what caused the connection failure? Yes you HAVE to press the pairing button to connect, i think it gives you about 10 seconds to do so then locks you out again. The pairing button gives you far more than 10 secs but you have to be sure you type the WPA or WEP code in using the correct upper or lower case for the letters. Thank you everyone. I will try again ASAP and press the pairing button.

I have let guests use the livebox by using the long security code with no problems. If all else fails with the previous suggestions try ringing which is the Orange English speaking help centre.
