What is the difference between crysis and crysis wars
Crysis 2 is streamlined, but offers enough variety in gameplay. And while Alcatraz is a Silent Protagonist, he has a nice twist attached to him.
I also prefer the Nanosuit 1. Helpful tips. Do you have to play Crysis Warhead? What is the difference between Crysis and Crysis Warhead? How are you supposed to play Crysis? Is Crysis Warhead a prequel? Which Crysis game should I play first? Can I run Crysis remastered? How long is Crysis campaign? How many missions are in Crysis Warhead? Is Crysis 1 Difficult? I suggest you buy Crysis: Maximum Edition when it comes out.

Oct 13, 1, 1 Originally posted by: Aberforth You should play Crysis first to understand the story but Warhead isn't a sequel- it's a standalone expansion that takes place on the other side of the island with you playing a character called 'Psycho', it also has a separate multiplayer component called Crysis Wars which is quite good.
Zenoth Diamond Member. Jan 29, 5, I preferred Crysis over Warhead in all its single-player aspects. The multi-player however is better in Warhead, although Crysis' multi-player isn't that bad. You should get first Crysis and after that Warhead.
You have to play both of them, there's no escape. Jun 4, 5, 9 I dunno, Warhead, it seems to be overly explosive, you would shoot shots into a car, and it'd explode. Sam25 Golden Member. Mar 29, 1, 15 I would say Crysis. SpunkyJones Diamond Member. Apr 1, 5, 1 Jun 26, 9, 2 0. They're both about the same when it comes to single player, Crysis being a bit longer. As others said though, Warhead has a much better multiplayer with the ground-up Crysis Wars implementation. Lonyo Lifer. Aug 10, 21, 6 AzN Banned. Trevor's answer is mostly spot on.
The events in Warhead run concurrent to events in Crysis , except you play a different team member Psycho. Missions are totally different, with only a brief appearance from another team member from Crysis Prophet. This particular set of missions takes place on the other side of the island. The last mission map the airfield is absolutely HUGE and offers a variety of angles of attack. I've replayed that last map a number of times now. Still enjoy it. So, if you play one, you're gonna want to play the other, in order to experience the complete story Last edited by Soj ; 19 Jul, pm.
It doesn't really matter, because the thing is: Both games are played same time. SO for the plot it doesnt really make a difference between 1 or Warhead you know Crysis Wars I prefer Warhead. Nothing better than shooting guys while listening to either your Nanosuit's voice or a Cockney man's voice. Acidworm View Profile View Posts. I'd go with Crysis since it is bigger and Warhead feels essentially like a standalone expansion for it.
